What is your returns policy?
Psychedelic Online Store prioritizes product quality and customer safety through strict testing standards to ensure high-quality products. If you believe an item does not meet expectations, contact our support team within 7 days of delivery. All refund requests are reviewed individually by management to determine the best resolution. Approved refunds may be issued as store credit, depending on payment method and order value, and a processing fee may apply.
Defective products must be reported within 7 days so we can investigate promptly. When appropriate, management may issue a credit or replacement. Replacement items are only provided for confirmed defects, and compensation is decided case by case.
Store credits are issued as one-time-use coupon codes and expire after 90 days. Any unused balance is forfeited. In some cases, we may allow returns. If an item is defective or an order is incorrect, return shipping is covered. For non-defective returns, customers are responsible for shipping costs.
Refunds require management approval. For orders with multiple identical items, only unopened products are eligible for refund. If one item is unsatisfactory, do not open the remaining items—contact support immediately. Defects are assessed individually; for example, seeds found in cannabis products are considered normal unless otherwise determined.
If an item is out of stock or missing before shipment, we will attempt to contact you for up to 3 hours. If unsuccessful, we may substitute the closest matching product without issuing a refund or credit.
Our team may request photos, videos, or other evidence to review a claim. Failure to provide requested information may result in denial of a refund, credit, or return.
